Thank you for shopping with DISTRICT 99 at https://district-99.com. We want you to be satisfied with your DISTRICT 99 order. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds work for orders placed on our store.

How to request a return

To request a return, contact us at mohamedgamal000102@gmail.com or through https://district-99.com. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Before returning any item, please contact DISTRICT 99 so we can confirm the return request and provide the appropriate return instructions. Do not send a return before receiving return instructions from us.

14-day return and exchange right

You have the right to return or exchange items within 14 days from customer receipt without giving a reason, subject to applicable statutory exceptions.

Eligibility conditions

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with original packaging. The item should be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received, with its original packaging, labels, and accessories where applicable.

Defective or incorrect items

Defective goods, and goods that are incorrect against your order, may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from receipt, subject to applicable Egyptian consumer-protection requirements. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Nothing in this policy narrows your mandatory consumer rights.

Exclusions

A return or exchange may not be accepted where applicable law permits an exception, including where the item has been used, damaged, altered, washed, or changed from its original condition after delivery, where the nature or condition of the product makes it impossible to return it to its original state, or where the product falls within another statutory exception under applicable consumer protection law. This section covers only the cases stated above and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

Refund handling for Cash on Delivery orders

DISTRICT 99 operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model. For approved Cash on Delivery refunds, DISTRICT 99 will coordinate an available refund method with the customer, without limiting any mandatory rights under applicable law. After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result of the return request. Where the customer has a legal right to return or refund without charge, no unauthorized return or restocking fee will be deducted.

Return shipping costs

Where required by applicable law, eligible returns will be handled without additional cost to the customer. For returns that fall outside a statutory right and are accepted voluntarily by DISTRICT 99, any applicable return-shipping arrangements will be communicated to the customer before the return is made.

Order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment where operationally possible. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. After shipment, this Return & Refund Policy applies.
