DISTRICT 99 Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the DISTRICT 99 store at https://district-99.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Store usage

You agree to use this store only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or with other customers.

Product information

We describe our products, including jeans styles, sizes, and availability, as accurately as possible. Product images show the product as supplied, and minor differences in color or appearance may occur.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). DISTRICT 99 is not VAT registered and does not collect VAT. Prices shown at checkout are the amounts you pay, plus the applicable shipping rate.

Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase subject to these terms. We confirm each order before it is prepared for delivery. We may decline or cancel an order where details are incomplete or cannot be verified.

Cash on Delivery and payment

DISTRICT 99 operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model. Payment is collected in cash when your order is delivered. We do not currently offer card payments.

Shipping

Standard shipping within Egypt is charged at 118 EGP per order, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days. Estimates are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled under our Refund & Return Policy, including the 14-day return and exchange right from receipt and the 30-day right for defective goods, subject to applicable Egyptian consumer-protection requirements.

Prohibited misuse

You must not misuse this store, submit false order information, interfere with store systems, or use store content for unlawful purposes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
