DISTRICT 99 Shipping Policy

DISTRICT 99 ships orders within Egypt. We currently offer standard domestic shipping only.

Shipping rate

Standard shipping within Egypt is charged at a flat rate of 118 EGP per order.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after your order is confirmed. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery requirements

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a valid shipping phone number. The shipping phone number is required so the courier can reach you at delivery.

Cash on Delivery

DISTRICT 99 operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model. Payment is collected in cash when your order is delivered. No card payment is required at checkout.

Shipping delays and failed delivery

Delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside our control, including incorrect addresses, unreachable phone numbers, courier delays, or public holidays. If delivery cannot be completed, we will attempt to contact you using the details provided with your order.
